Server not found. Web browser

hi i have a Samsung 

UE46D8000 series 8.  it is connected to the wifi and i can load internet. it goes straight to google but when i select anything in the web browser it keeps saying server not found. how do i fix this

Have you cleared cache & data for the web browser ?

done all that still just says server not found
