Samsung tab s7 fe: Can't draw on part of the screen

Hi,

I have a #Galaxy Tab S7 FE.

Recently I have noticed that the pen is skipping a whole horizontal strip of the screen, but only when using the S Pen, when using my finger the screen reacts normally with no issue

I have searched some forums and tried removing the cover to understand if the magnetic bands were interfering with the pen's behavior. That did not solve the issue. 

Tried restarting the tablet, that did not solve the issue either.

Ran SPen test (by dialing *#0*#) with the following result:

The resulting white spaces is where the S Pen is skipping.

Is there any solutions or actions I can take to try and solve the issue?

Try going into diagnostics theres a screen test in that might will show if its your screen

Following the advice above to access diagnostics, go to members>support>diagnostics and then click the screen option.

Ran the diagnostic test on the screen and it is running as smooth as butter.

The issue seems to be related with the pen itself

In that case im sorry really dont know the pens obviously working to a degree so seems odd sorry again
