Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite Charging Issue

Charging issue.

My tablet says that it will be fully charged in 50 hours.

Here a photo taken a few minutes ago (system in French):

This is with fast charging enabled. It’s quite ridiculous.

• The tablet is still new (bought in late April).
• I plug it directly to the wall with its original cable, and an original head from one of my other android devices.

• It was never exposed to damaging circumstances.

What should I do?? I am hesitating to call an agent about this because they would reverify everything I stated above and likely say that there is nothing they can do.

Have you checked if replacing the cable and/or charging block helps? Verify that the port is clean. Run diagnostics to confirm that the hardware is ok.

Try with different cable and charger. If nothing works and product is under warranty, just visit a service center
