Been trying to set up the fingerprint biometrics for security/lock screen access, etc today and it keeps giving me the 'fingerprint operation cancelled' error message at 100% of fingerprint scanning.
I have tried several options including updating all Samsung apps and safe mode boot. I do not have any screen protectors installed. I have the same issue when trying to set up the facial recognition too, so I am wondering if this is a software/permissions issue>
Assistance would be appreciated as currently having to suffice with just a PIN code.
