Receiving "Unfortunately sync manager has stopped"

Hi,

I had to turn on Sync Manager, but when I do, I repeatedly get the message "Unfortunately sync manager has stopped" repeatedly. When I check it, it's always on. I've done a factory reset with no luck. Any ideas? My tablet is a Tab E Lite. Thanks!
