"Use phone as a toolbar" doesn't work between Tab S7+ 5G and S23 Ultra

I have a Samsung Notes versions conflict that prevents me from using the "Use phone as a toolbar" feature 

Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G with One UI 5.1.1, Notes 4.4.13.5

Galaxy S23 Ultra with One UI 6.1, Notes 4.4.23.25

Both devices tell me that they are up to date.

When I launch "Use phone as a toolbar" it tells me to update the Samsung notes on the tablet and it crashes the Toolbar interface on the phone right away. 

Is there a way to fix it? Please Samsung fix the bug.

If not, please try restarting both your Tab S7+ and S23 Ultra, then try again.

Still doesn't work. The toolbar pops up for a second on the phone but always crashes immediately

@Members_WKyx7NP I'm sorry to see that the advice provided in the link didn't resolve your issue. I would recommend sending us an Error report, as doing so will allow our software engineers to receive data logs relating to the issue you are experiencing. This data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation of the report.
