Phone & Duplicated Tab Notifications

Hey, 

Im starting pull my hair out trying to figure out how to stop this. 

Basically my S6 Tab will fire up lots of old notifications that were dealt with via my phone when being power on. I use the tab in frequantly, say 3 times a week. But when i power it on i get lots of notifications, such as SMS whats app, facebook etc that were all dealt with when the tab was powered off. I want to have the tab pop up with notifications when powered on, but dont want it to show me a tone of old ones it missed when powered off, as these were dealt with on ma phone. 

Anyone any idea, or is it just a failure of android?

Your tab just syncs with all of those sites. As far as it is concerned it doesn't know what you've done on your phone.
It's not restricted to Android.

ah ok. so android doesnt store the notifications and send out, its the apps themselves. Hmm wonder why they sending old notifications to the tab when i power it on. Ill keep lookiong for a soloution, thanks
