Hi all,
I'm trying to register my product for a screen replacement but when trying to book in a repair, the Samsung website says serial number not valid. Not recognised.
I tried changing the 0 for a O etc but no luck h

@Cornish Pixie: Please head to Settings > About tablet > Serial number, and double check that the number you're entering is correct, and that there are no spaces before or after the number when you enter it. If your tablet was intended for use outside your current region, then this can also create issues, as our database will only recognise serial numbers for devices that are registered in, for instance, the EU.

Many thanks Andrew. I have booked the device in for a repair pickup.
Do you know whether Samsung charges an inspection fee should you wish to not go ahead with the repair?
