Outlook App saving images & photos

Hi, trying to save images from Outlook emails onto the Samsung Gallery on a Galaxy Tab A7 with no success!

We get the option of "open in" Gallery or Photo Viewer, but no ability to save it down once opened, any ideas?

Hey @Churchie ,

let's try this: 

Long press on the attachment/image and you should get an option to save to device storage.

If this doesn't work. Go into your setting > applications and make sure the outlook app has the permission to access storage.

No good unfortunately. Both long and short press just trigger the "open with" Gallery or Photos options.

Are you using the Outlook app @Churchie ? If so, open the email and tap the three dots displaying on the image that you'd like to save and tap Save to Device.
