New Galaxy Tab on the way

I just ordered the Galaxy Tab A9. I know not new or anything fancy but it should do for me wanting to play games and watch videos.

Nice. I bought an A9 as a Christmas present for a mother in law last year... like all samsung devices I was surprised how good their hardware is, even at the lower tier.

I bought myself an S9fe a few months before and enjoy using that for media and other uses. That also was a lower cost than some of the higher end tablets... and is very capable.

I'm hoping it works well for whst I plan for it. I'm mainly going to be be gaming and watching YT.

Youtube will be fine.

I would suggest as it is a fairly basic chipset that gaming could be more challenging.

However for the best chance of a decent enough performance then by using the cloud gaming services will help. The high end servers that are used in these XBOX and Geforce Now services can take a lot of the hard work away from the phone or tablet.

I did a review a couple of days ago on gaming with a mid range A56 phone... the same would also be fairly relevant to using it with the A9 tab.

If you just pair an Xbox controller or another device I would hope the performance to be fairly decent.

@Brooklin it depends on your useage,  been testing one and will be fine for general useage.  obviously not the fastest  Device and have found it lags at times.  Video quality was better than expected mind you. 😂 I only got it because I'm not really after a super high power device thats what my phone is for. I just want a tab cable of gaming and watching videos.
