I got my tablet a while ago and it's been a few months since I've been on it, so naturally I've forgotten the passcode.

I've followed every possible guide to unlock it but it doesn't show up on my Google devices or Samsung 'find my' etc to factory reset it.

I've also tried following the Samsung guide on factory resetting using the buttons but the menu that's meant to pop up never does.

I tried contacting Samsung but there's no option for this issue, I have no idea what to do, there's no Samsung store near me either. I really want to get into my tablet now please help.

You'll need to plug the tablet into a PC or laptop using the cable that came with the tablet. You can then get into the recovery menu and factory reset the device from there. Note, you will lose all data, but if you have a backup, then you can restore that once the tablet is back up and running.
To get to the recovery menu. Plug into working PC or laptop. Restart your tablet and simultaneously hold down the Power button and volume up button. Once booted to recovery menu, use the volume buttons to navigate to the factory reset option and use the Power button to select. Follow all further on screen instructions as necessary.

Thank you so much, I'll definitely be trying to use someone's laptop soon and fingers crossed it works!

If your smart TV has the correct port to accommodate the other end of your tablets usb cable, then you can try plugging into that.
