I just arranged a trade in for my old tablet to s9. I have confirmation of delivery but nothing about collection or sending my s6. Can anyone help for what happens next please?

You should receive an email from the trade in team a couple of days after delivery of your new device. Your returns packaging and label should be within the packaging of the new device. I presume the trade in details are on your order and everything went through okay at checkout with all your appropriate discounts etc.
