Knox is just a kind of encryption/security system that Samsung ships with most of their phones, not sure if they add Knox to tablets though.
In my opinion, one of the most notable Knox features is secure folder, if your device has knox it should support it - if it's not already installed try and see if you can download it from the Play store:
The web page says it has Knox.....this is what is really frustrating(this is true for others manufacturers too!)...no end of rubbish pre-installed but something that could just be beneficial, hard to find and you have to install it for yourself and then the marketing by far exceeds the reality........
