How to uninstall systems feature

(Backstory) I had a cheap Oppo phone, but it was the only one I had. They let you disable and uninstall key system parts, so I uninstalled everything except what I needed. It was great; so responsive, and the main thing was the battery life.

So I want to do the same on a Samsung tablet, but you can't disable or delete Samsung system and apps—at least, it's hard. I want to do it for battery life, because I just want to use it as a kind of second smart screen to watch films and movies, etc. Any help?

I'd strongly advise against doing that. If something won't let you remove it, it's probably for a reason

@dyslexic: Some Samsung apps and features are embedded parts of the software. and cannot be uninstalled as a result. If you are concerned about battery life, then I recommend heading to Settings > Battery > Background usage limits > Deep sleeping apps > Tap the '+' in the top right of the screen > Tap to select the relevant apps > Add.

Deep sleeping apps will never run in the background, and will only work if you open them, so this will prevent any unwanted activity which might result in a reduced battery life.

Technically if you're really willing to break your device, adb with a computer would probably allow you to force remove apps. But again, terrible idea, do not do.

But for a cheap tablet that you can manually reset...

I was telling you how to do it lol. I don't think the mods here would like me encouraging how to do it so I need to highlight to not do it.

Adb, android debug bridge allows a computer to gain debug access to an Android device. Letting you do things you usually can't do

I was just going to suggest the same so you can add some apps and bloatware to deep sleeping apps. I also go into Google settings and disable assistant etc as it is a pain for example I'd be using the sat nav with radio on in car and Google assistant would come on by itself blocking view of the screen etc, I presume it must pick up key words from the audio of the cars speakers. Also it's worth disabling all of the spying functions from apps in privacy and notification settings which reduces background running and listening activity. Everybody wants your data and to sell you stuff. Hope this helps
