So it's probably out of it's software support and One UI 6 won't be eligible on this device
In settings and software update. Tap on Download and Install
If the software is upto date. Then it's probably that's your lot

Can you tell us what iteration you have. As advised, the 2020 edition will not receive any more UI updates. However, if you own the 2022 edition, then Android 14 was released back in February for devices in India.
Where are you based?

I recently updated my mums S6 Lite to One UI 6.1 which she got as hers is 2022 variant. Mine is 2020 variant and I was not happy when I saw mine didn't and hasn't had any updates. I'm so disappointed that it's no longer getting updates and I'm the tech person in the house that has to know how everyone's devices work. I love Samsungs devices but do not like when they run out of updates but I used Moto before Samsung and Samsungs have a longer lifespan of updates than what I got with Moto. Samsung is also way more generous with updates and sometimes surprises us with extra features or enhancements which is always fun to play with. I have a 6 year old Chromebook that still gets updates. I do find it disappointing how consumers pay so much for phones and tablets but the longevity of updates isn't always long enough depending on brand. My S6 Lite still does almost everything I need in a tablet so it's not too much of a disappointment tho. I'm just easily irritated when I find my tech runs out of updates
