The Member app, you mean? Well, its a great place to find and post tips and tricks, and to get help from others, if you encounter any technical issues.

Did you know, also, that if you click on GET HELP from the bottom of this apps landing page, it will show you details of your device, and, if you click on it, you can check to see if it has a pending update? 😊
