Why are you disable this working perfectly Google Translate and forcely use Samsung AI translation? What is your problem.
That is my only question.

Yes, we all miss that live Google translate, but that's how it is, maybe Samsung will return it to us through one of the upgrades, but it would be best if you send your feedback directly to Samsung customer support, I already did.
You can still get to google translate, it's a bit more complicated than the live translation with s-pen was, but it's the only google translate option for now, see the pictures. You don't even need an s-pen, mark what you want to translate with your finger, tap the three dots and Google Translate is circled in the drop-down menu.

Strange, mine is Google translate
You may see two translations in the drop-down menu, sometimes I see it that way too, but most often as in the screenshot. the first is indeed Samsung, but the second is Google

look like you are using a smartphone. I am using Tab S9 Ultra and this little menu is bigger than yours so there is no three dots. Also there is only one translate button o this bar.
I can't tell you how ridiculous is Samsung AI translator.
I also wrote to Samsung Care Center and they replied back to me and said "What's your product?"😮
I will reply back to them as a wash machine.😡

yes i found three dots and select google translate. now i have two translate button on my menu. first one is ai and second one is google. I finally understand what you want to tell me about however i am not accepting this as a solution and i am still angry to Samsung. They have to fix this problem. This is a real problem.
