i have two samsung galaxy + tags. They were registered to my samsung ultra s23. however, i had to restore this phone to factory settings. how do reconnect my tags to my phone again., it is the same phone and same samsung account. the tags were still connected when the phone restore was carried out. My phone and my galaxy watch are showing in my devices, but not the two tags are no longer showing in my smart things app, and when I try to connect its telling me the tags belongs to someone else but that someone is me. how do I reconnect my two smart+ tags that are showing already registered, butntye they are registered to me. I can't find them online in the samsung smart website either.
