NoteShelf not found on Galaxy Store

Hi everyone! So basically NoteShelf app should be free on samsung devices right? But on my Samsung S9 fe tab it's not available anywhere on galaxy store. I am unable to download it on my Samsung S9 Fe Tab. Please help

Have you downloaded the samsung store from google play store? Issues with the web version

Noteshelf isn't a Samsung app so can't tell you why it's available or not, it's or if it even works.

Already had galaxy store by default in my tab. But still it is not showing anywhere on the store! whereas one of my colleagues uses this app on his Samsung S7+ tab totally free.
