My husband ran a software update on his Galaxy Tab last night and it is now completely non responsive. We cannot turn it on, or reset it. It refuses to charge. We have tried connecting it to a laptop but it does not charge and the laptop does not recognise the device has been plugged in.
Any advice for things to try or best to just return as faulty?
