I just bought a Galaxy Tab A8. I am connected to my home wi-fi ok, but when I try to access either my DropBox account or OneDrive account - which are shown in Word on the tablet as accessible places, I get an error message saying they can't be accessed because I'm not connected to the internet - but I am, as I can access Google, YT, etc. DropBox and OneDrive are all set up with the necessary permissions. Why can't my A8 access them??
