I don‘t have the PIN to unlock my Galaxy Tab A6. The PIN is required for unlock and shutdown.
When trying to do a hard reset pressing the Power and Volume buttons the tablet is rebooting, but I don’t get into the reset menue. No SD Card and no SIM in.
Any ideas what I can do?

I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have a Samsung or Google Account set on the Tab? If so, you can try to unlock it using our Find My Mobile app or the Google app to locate the device.
