Galaxy Tab A (8.0 2019) Bluetooth not connecting

When connecting to my PC by Bluetooth, the PC shows the device is connected but the Tab A says 'No devices found' even though it recognises the PC is a paired device. Also when trying to share a file via Bluetooth the transfer starts on the Tab A but then fails. Any suggestions?

Hey @CTP, make sure that the tablet's software is up to date: Settings > Software update > Download and install. Then go to: Settings > Apps > 3 dots (top-right) > Show System Apps > Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test > Storage > Clear cache / data, restart the tablet and try connecting it again.

Thanks CarloL, Tried this but still cannot connect. The Tab will pair with the PC OK but now gives the 'couldn't connect' message
