I am using a brand new 2025 Galaxy A9 tablet for use with my Positive Grid amplifier devices (https://uk.positivegrid.com/) . It was working flawlessly until a few days ago when the app I need to use stopped displaying properly meaning many options can't be accessed. The app is fundamental to the full functionality of the devices. The work-around appears to have been to disable "camera cutout" or "Full Screen" for the app in question.
Whilst I can find this option on my Android phone, I can't find any such option on my A9 tablet. The image below shows where there should be a complete top set of scrolling menus.
Any advice would be appreciated as it's causing issues and nothing is forthcoming from the app developer.
