Tab A9 Restart message after USB removal

Whenever I  remove any USB device, after unmounting or not, I  get a message telling me that I  need to restart.

I could understand if I  just pulled the USB,  but I  thought unmounting should be safe.

I cannot see anything about why, or if there is a setting to stop this.

Auto optimization is on.

It's saying you didn't unmount it correctly before removing it. You might be removing it before the unmount finishes or it might be used by something, causing the unmount to fail

Nope. I  unmounted and waited a few seconds after the confirmation of  unmount.

It happens with every usb device,
