Ee offer of s9 tab and free buds

Afternoon,

I have recently bought an s9 fe tab from ee and looking to claim the free buds that was on offer with it. However when I go to claim them it states that the claim fourm is closed. Any suggestions for this? Is it just over the holidays?

Excellent choice on the Tab S9 FE. How are you finding it? With regards to the promotion you have shared in the images, this ran from December 2023 to January 2024. This is why the claim form is closed. The link for this year's offer can be found below.

Perfect thank you, can't believe I made such a silly mistake, but never mind. Great tablet so far. Mainly using it for the drawing and dual audio functions as the last one I had was the a9 and it was just a basic tablet. So was looking for something a bit more technical
