Claim free Galaxy Bud 3

Hello all,

I recently purchased a Galaxy Tab S9 FE during a promotion to claim some Bud 3 earphones. I have been trying to make the claim but it keeps telling me the claim is now closed. I brought the tablet before the end of the promotion so I don’t know how to make the claim. Anyone any ideas as it said I could still claim until the end of February. I’ve emailed Samsung but haven’t heard a thing in over a week.

@Adz4683: The link provided above by @lminvti appears to be working, however please note that you are required to claim your promotional gift within 30 days of the purchase date. With this in mind, if you purchased your Tab S9 FE before the 25th December (or after the 16th January, when the promotion ended) then you will not be able to proceed with the claim.
