Disney+ code redemption problems

I'm trying to redeem my Disney+ code after buying my new tab s8 ultra but won't let me login in, just refresh and show sign in still even though I am logged in.

Need to solve this quickly before I lose my offer.

Same problem here it just takes you back to the sign in page. You just go round in circles.

I'm having the same issue! Tried everything suggested here, even tried using laptop but no joy. How on earth did you get it to work?!

Hey, for those that are having trouble, are you like me rejecting all cookies, just the essential cookies? If so, then make sure the cookies functional is enabled and then refresh the page. Then try again as this is what made it work for me.

Ok, my Disney+ subscription ended, so went to redeem the code but won't let me.

Help page says generate code and valid till March 2023. However, on code page says ends 30/11/2022. So unable to redeem, I click copy and redeem code, takes me to Disney+ page enter my details and bank card as needed. Then says I need to renew my subscription for Disney +

It's all good thanks, banking app wasn't closing properly to continue the redemption of the subscription codes. I've now have 12 months free Disney + thanks 😊
