Different Password for Tablet-Administrator and Tablet?

Hello,

i recently added an account for another Person on my Tablet. This Person has their own password for their account on the tablet. I also have my account (the Administrator-Account) with a separate password.

My problem is, that i need to tell them my Admin-Password because the tablet asks for it when restarting it and the Restart-Password is the same as my Admin-Password.

How do i can i change it, so that the Administrator-Account-Password and the Restart-Password are not the same.

I understand, that i cannot disable the Restart-Password, because it decrypts the device.

I want the other Person to be able to restart the tablet knowing just the Restart-Password while not being able to login to my Admin-Account.
