Hi,
Have an SM-X700 (Tab S8 )which I have owned for just over one year.
Problem I have with it is the UI keeps freezing so that the "show desktop", "show open apps" and "back" buttons do not work. If I touch the power button to lock the screen then unlock it the issue goes away.
In most cases the apps (Facebook, Chrome, Youtube etc) will work fine, it's just interacting with the "desktop" and shortcuts on it that stops working. I had an S7 for a few weeks which I sent back because of this issue and when I bought this S8 I had the issue quite infrequently - but now it happens every few mins.
Seeing as this happens on two different devices then I can't see it being hardware, so I wonder if my Google account/profile has an issue.
I have an S23 Ultra which is absolutely fine.
Has anyone any ideas on this issue

Not sure I can see an example on that page of how to put by device into recovery mode. I have three physical buttons; power, volume up and volume down.
I really do not see that combination on that page.
Thanks
