Claim problem

I have the same problem , here i enter the details I put the proof that I got the phone and surprise,  my details don't show when I want to track my claim , I send email and no-one doesn't bother to answer and tell me nothing  , I receive the text messages  that everything  its alright and following  the email but I don't receive any email

I would call the claims team if I was you. they will be able to sort it straight away.

I will tomorrow  morning  i will call them , I was waiting for the email, I was thinking  that they need a little  time for verifying,  thank you

No worries i had the same problem claiming my buds with the s20. The promotions team was fab and sorted it out for me.
