Hi everyone. My Samsung chromebook has started to play all videos slowly, since the two most recent software updates this week. I have performed a Safety Reset and a Powerwash, as well as contacting Samsung Support, but the problems persist.
The videos play at normal speed when playing through the speakers on the chromebook, but play at a slower speed when connected to bluetooth headphones. I have reset both pairs of bluetooth headphones, but the videos continue to play slow.
When I watch the videos on any other device with either of the same bluetooth headphones the videos are fine.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or can anybody offer a solution?

Update
The problem is resolved if I have a wired connection from the headphones to the Samsung Chromebook.
However, for the last 3 years I haven't ever had to do this, so any remedy to be able to fully fix and restore the bluetooth connection would be most welcome.

Could you solve the issue? I just bought a chromebook and I am experiencing the very same problem.

An update came through to the Chromebook today, and the issue is now fixed!

I had the same problem with an acer chromebook.
I just updated to version 135. That resolved the issue
