Can't make calls from a guest account?

My daughter has a Tab S6 Lite which I have an admin account and she has an account also, now recently she has been unable to make calls on Snapchat (she can receive them just not make voice or video calls) when she tries she gets a notification saying "can't make calls from a guest account" she has been able to before so I don't get why it's doing it now and I've tried changing settings in Snapchat and on the tablet but nothing is working. I have signed her into Snapchat on my phone and she can make calls so I'm guessing it's the tablet that is causing the problem but I can't find any help on the internet anyway, please help 😭

Hey there! Sorry to hear your having issues. Have you tried reinstalling the app, clearing app cache/data force stopping? if possible could you add a 2nd guest account and try it like that, maybe even try and see if snapchat works on the admin account (Just to see if its a tablet issue).

Hi thanks for the reply. I've tried deleting and reinstalling Snapchat, I've also signed her in on my phone and she can make calls so I had kind narrowed it down to a tablet issue. She was able to make calls before so I have no idea what's happened unless Samsung have changed something in an update maybe

Installed Snapchat on the admin account and signed in with my daughter's account and I can make calls fine

Can you try making her another profile on the tablet?

Does anyone know the answer to this problem right now.  I and my wife use a Tab S7 under Guest profiles so we can both use one tablet.  This is a deal breaker so if there is no solution I will have to buy a Windows tablet so I can set up two profile which WORK!  Also I see DeX not available in guest profile, pretty useless piece of kit really.  Clearly my mistake!
