@Munchaking: What I'd suggest is swiping up from your Home screen > Settings (cog symbol) > Tap the magnifying glass symbol above the settings > Type 'Caption', then tap on the search result. For clarity, this is typically found in Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements, however as I'm not sure of your tablets model number and Android version, this would be the best way for you to locate the relevant setting.
