I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8" Screen, 16 Gb Storage, Wi-Fi only, model SM-T350NZAAXAR and Android 7.1.1.
I am trying to get it to connect to the Google Play Store but keep getting the error message 'Couldn't sing in. There was a problem connecting to play.google.com.
I have followed many suggestions including factory reset, clearing cache, and data and using a sdk for another version and still can't get it to sign-in for Google account.
Looking for ideas on how to resolve.
