Book Keyboard cover with trackpad can't be found by my Tab S9 Fe +. Help!

I have the samsung keyboard cover with mouse pad for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9Fe+ but it frequently cannot be found by the tablet. I've tried restarting, hard resetting, clearing the cache, disconnecting, safe mode. Nothing helps. I've researched it and tried everything that forums suggest. It sometimes suddenly works but i can't work out why. Help please!

Hi assuming the keyboard case is connected and the tablet pins are clean, BT on, is it a Samsung keyboard?

If so search for keyboard or accessories there used to be an option, but sure nowadays it's all automated.

@Thexzen: To ensure that you have correctly attached the Tab S9 FE+ to the Keyboard Cover, please refer to the 'Getting started' guide on pages 2-4 of the user manual by following the link below.

Yes, it's a samsung keyboard. It snaps into place, but the tablet doesn't register it as being connected. Yes I think it should be all automated. Thanks for your reply!

Thank you this. Yes, followed it as instructed. I did read that the keyboard may need a firmware update. Don't know if there is any truth to this. Still not working.

I have the same issue with my tablet S9 FE+ (SM-X610) bought on Aug 2024 and I even replaced the new keyboard twice (Model num EF-DX820) then. Deftly this is some manufacturing issue and I am going in circles.
I had been with Samsung help desk multiple times, to be fair they are trying their best to help but the fact is this issue cannot be resolved on the phone. They gave me an option to take to near my "authorized " center (UbreakiFix) but they dont even pick up the phone or option to leave massage (which itself looks shady). 

It's just frustrating especially for being loyal Samsung user (TV/Fridge/Vacuum/Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/3 active phones including z fold)
