Hi assuming the keyboard case is connected and the tablet pins are clean, BT on, is it a Samsung keyboard?
If so search for keyboard or accessories there used to be an option, but sure nowadays it's all automated.

I have the same issue with my tablet S9 FE+ (SM-X610) bought on Aug 2024 and I even replaced the new keyboard twice (Model num EF-DX820) then. Deftly this is some manufacturing issue and I am going in circles.
I had been with Samsung help desk multiple times, to be fair they are trying their best to help but the fact is this issue cannot be resolved on the phone. They gave me an option to take to near my "authorized " center (UbreakiFix) but they dont even pick up the phone or option to leave massage (which itself looks shady).
It's just frustrating especially for being loyal Samsung user (TV/Fridge/Vacuum/Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/3 active phones including z fold)
