I want to buy a Samsung A7 or A8. Will I do better with a used tablet (whose electronics have been used, and battery cycled but probably not left flat for long) or an unused tablet (with battery left flat for years)? Or a new Teclast at similar cost?
Id personally buy a new device rather a used one, i wanna know a device im buying is brand new and no one else has used it before, but thats honestly my preference.
