Additional user accounts

Hi, I am trying to set up a Samsung Tab2 for multiple users which is using 4.2.2. I have looked online and it states select app, settings, users. The user option/button is missing. Can someone help find it or point me how to set up multiple users for this device. It has add account and needs an email for each. I am trying to set up an account for a younger person so need it to have some restrictions on, thanks in advance.

Hi @Fortty.

Unsure if you've solved this mystery yet. A Tab2 can't support multiple user profiles on it, but a Tab S2 can. Can you confirm the model code of your tablet for us? Should be able to definitively tell which one you've got from that.
