Hi ! I bought anthe A23 5g phone this week ! The problem is that the built video player does not work ! I upload movie or file it says that is there ! When i start it , it says that the file is empty and does nothing !  What could be the problem ? I have A23 5g phone is have same problem !??

There are plenty 3rd party music players. I have jet audio on my phone and poweamp in my car.
They can handle both sound and video.
