The problem is you are talking in completely different budgets.
The A8 (now current model is A11) is a budget end tablet with only basic functions and only ever intended to serve the very low end of tablet market.
The S11 tablet on the other hand is the top end S spec with the best processor from Samsung to date, S pen, and AI features.
These two are different ends of the portfolio. So it really depends on your budget which to buy.
I will add in the S10FE Tab range as the middle between them. It has mid range capabilities, pen support and some basic AI.
