Hi here is a list of Samsung 10 inch tablets with Bluetooth v4.0.
Galaxy Tab S2 (2016, 9.7, Wi-Fi)
Galaxy Tab A (2016, 10.1, 4G)
Galaxy Tab S (10.5, Wi-Fi)

Most new tablets from Samsung and other manufactures have Bluetooth v4.0 installed.
