I am confused because everything is in Italian or French, do you know how to change it to English also my tablet is set to English

Hi MattBG,

 

welcome to Italian Samsung Community! 🙂

 

You can follow the below steps to change the language on your Tablet:

 

  • Tap Settings
  • Tap "General Management" or "My Device"
  • Tap Language and input
  • Tap Language
  • Select English

Yea the Samsung members app seems particularly retarded for selecting language. I'm using a Canadian galaxy s21 ultra, bought in Canada, set to English. English Samsung account.. yet mines in Italian too. It appears to think my Sim card is Italian and use that ,( despite it actually being a UK Sim card) . Really stupid to force the language / region of the detected Sim card and not use literally any other method.

Retarded indeed.

I mean only a woke, broke system will set a random language ignoring YOUR choice of language.

The CUSTOMER, DEVICE OWNER being shafted.

NOT a wise move Samsung.

People will move to other brands if you fail to resolve this.
