Tab S8+ Free Book Cover Issue

Hello, I am trying to apply for the free keyboard cover for my pre-ordered Tab S8+ but whenever I submit my application it fails and tells me my IMEI was invalid when I didn't even try with my IMEI but rather my serial number because my tablet didn't come with an IMEI.

I would really like to get this sorted before the offer expires and both the live chat and email service have been of no help.
