The situation you describe is very bizzare, considering the anomalies you are experiencing in using different S-pens on different devices.
First of all, I'd like to suggest you a quick check in Safe-Mode on your mobiles to see it all persists by using the native processes only.
Proceed as follows:
- Turn off the device
- Restart it
- When it comes the Samsung screen, just hold on to the low volume button and keep it that way until the system is fully loaded (you should see Safe Mode on screen if everything has gone well)
To turn off the Safe Mode, a normal reboot will suffice.
If the inconvenience persists, try to have an ordinary software maintenance of the Bluetooth module:
- Settings
- Apps
- Samsung App settings > Tap onto the three lines paired with a pointing down arrow on the right
- Show system apps (turn on the switch) > OK
- Bluetooth
- Storage
- Clear cache
- Clear data
