Penna Spen Tab S

Hello ,

The SPen on my tablet doesn't work more. 

I can't connect more the SPen to the device.

Seems a battery problem or other. 

I tried also to change the SPen but the problem  remains.

How could solve it?

Hi Claudio

Try resetting your Galaxy Tab S (of course, if you don't want to lose your data, you can back it up) or the S Pen... Always if it can be done (I've never reset the Tab S8 Ultra's S Pen Pro 😅)

To be precise the pen work only in writing mode .

Doesn't work In "virtual" mode eg.with the button control, and as said with the connection is not possible to connect at tablet.

Could you tell me the model of the S Pen that you've paired with your Tablet?

Could you also tell me the exact model of the Tablet?

Considering the type of problem, I suggest you to follow calderonestefano advice and proceed with a backup of all your data and restore the device to factory settings, to rule out any software conflicts.

Please note that after restoring the device, it will be necessary to test its operation and check if the anomaly is still present, without restoring the data backup previously carried out.
