I have a samsung tablet s5e . I have tried before to change the language of my device but that didn't work.
I have contacted Samsung.com. they told me I have an Italian version, made for the Italian market and that I therefore cannot change the language . I should have a tablet for the Benelux market.
But if there is a way to change the Italian version of the members app into a Dutch version I would be very happy.
I have downloaded the members app from the playstore, hoping I would get a different version, but it was Italian again.
My seller of the tablet suggested I would reset the tablet to solve theproblem, but Samsung told me that this wouldn't help.
So I am awaiting your solution.

thanks for the details!

I can confirm you that this device should allows you to change the language and you should find the list of languages on this menu:

• Impostazioni
• Gestione generale
• Lingua e inserimento
• Lingua
• Aggiungi lingua

To view all languages that can be added, tap on the three dots and choose "Tutte le lingue". Italian devices certainly have English language.

Please note that you can change the language for all settings, but some application may remain in italian.

If you can't find the language, please give me the IMEI code (for LTE model) or Serial Number (if you have only WIFI model) sending me a private message by clicking here. So, I can do a verification.

I can't read this menu! I don't understand where I can choose a different language. My general menu is in Dutch. Only samsung members app is in Italian. everything else is in Dutch.

the first screen is in Dutch, but when I click on one of the icons the questions and answers are in Italian!
