As the title says, the Emergency recovery function and the Device initialization function doesn't work.
The tablet, shows instantly after connecting it to the pc "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software."
As I said, I tried and it doesn't work, the app displays on screen (translated from italian):"the model you are using doeasn't support updates and software initialization"
How can i solve the problem?

have you tried to root your device? [RIMOSSO] (that's not the official pprocedure and your warranty will become void)

Could you please tell me what procedure did you follow in order to update your device, step-by-step, and what exact program did you use?
