Gallery Sort By: Custom Option

I recently moved videos that I have from internal storage to my external and saw the videos that were supposed to be together, back to back, rearranged and I thought to use the Sort By option that Gallery has and decided to mess around with the name, date created, and date modified to see if I can try and fix them. News flash, it didn't work. Then I thought, wouldn't it be nice to have a custom option under the sort by feature where you can move your pictures and videos in the order that you want, maybe even be able to call that custom option a name to arrange them for you when you decide to sort by date modified so that way it can go back to the way you had it before! and any new videos or pictures added to the album where you are arranging videos defaults to the top or bottom, depending on your order setting, waiting for you to arrange them in your custom option!
