CPU Power Limit Per App

Hello, fellow S22 Ultra user here,

I suggest, having a menu where you can set how much of the CPU the specific app can utilize at most.

For example:

Reddit - 30%
Discord - 20%
Whatsapp - 10%

So we don't have to turn on power saving mode to limit everything. This way, we can limit each app and have full power over anything else. Will also save battery life/increase efficiency.
