More NowBar&Live Notifications ongoing activities

Expand NowBar and Live Notifications. For example, taxi services app or food delivery serices. And also bring Live Notifications more build-in feature like Calls, Quick Share, Screen recorder and etc.

I believe that's the goal once One Ui 7 is up and running and will also depend on third party Devs to implement it.
